Vineyard Mountain Swim Club Pool
Rules and Regulations These rules are intended to
provide for the safe enjoyment of the pool by all
members. As a member you are encouraged to request others to abide by
these rules. Please
review these rules with all members of your family! Operating Schedule: During peak season, pool
hours are daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Quiet hour is 9-10 PM. The pool is under video surveillance
at all times and the gate will be locked at 10 PM.
The Benton County Sheriff will be called to investigate trespassers. General Rules:
- There is NO lifeguard on Duty. All persons using the pool do so
at their own risk
- Quiet hours are 9 PM to 10 PM.
- State law requires a child under 14
years of age to be accompanied by an adult (18 yrs. of age or older).
The adult must constantly supervise their children while the kids are in
the pool.
- Members and any guests are required to sign-in when entering the
pool area.
- Only the use or audio/music devices such as radios, CD players,
MP3 players, etc, with headphones
is permitted.
- The playing of games or other activities should not interfere
with the enjoyment of the pool by other members. See health and safety rules below.
- Use of pool furniture for any purpose other than their intended
use is prohibited.
- No food allowed within 3 feet of the pool.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed.
- VMSC facilities are tobacco-free. Smoking and other tobacco
use is prohibited indoors and outdoors of the facilities
and on the grounds. In addition to cigarettes and cigars, the use of
smokeless tobacco products and electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.
- Showers are mandatory before entering the pool. Outdoor showers
are available for use.
- Keep out of the way of lap swimmers.
Safety and Health Rules:
- No running and pushing. No throwing others into the pool.
- If you are exhibiting any COVID symptoms, such as: Fever or chills, cough,
shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body
aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or
runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea,
please do not come to the pool.
- No person with skin rash, open sores, or an infectious disease
shall enter the pool.
- Glass and chewing gum are not allowed within the fenced area. No glass water bottles.
- No pets are allowed within the fenced pool area.
- Life rings and other
safety equipment may not be used for play.
- Please speak up if others are not following
these rules, or contact a Board member.
Guests at Pool – Limited days and hoursContext:
VMSC has 70 memberships
and over 300 members. Our priority is recreational swimming opportunities
for all families, ages and abilities. Afternoons and evenings tend to be
busiest. Members are responsible for guests following the rules.
- Maximum guests per household are 3 per day and 12 per month.
- An adult, 18 and over, may
bring up to 3 guests at one time.
- Unaccompanied 14-17 year olds may have one guest per membership
unit and this counts toward the daily and monthly limit.
- Members are responsible to ensure that guests follow all pool
rules and sign in.
Guest hours: - Sundays and Mondays: 9 AM to close
- Tuesdays through Saturdays: 9 AM to 2 PM
